FURTHER EXTENSION

Dear employer

We refer to our previous communication regarding the validity period for LOGS and the deadline for the submission of annual ROEs.

Kindly note that the Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) has further extended the validity period for LOGS issued for the 2023 assessment year to 30 June 2025.

The closing date for the submission of annual ROEs remains 31 July 2025.

Employers who submit late ROE submissions will incur penalties of 10% of the final assessment. Employers are therefore encouraged to use the extended period to prepare and submit their ROEs.
