Return of Earnings (ROE)

Dear employer

After extended delays in the operation of the Return of Earnings (ROE) online systems of the Compensation Fund, it has been confirmed that the online systems are open and operational for purposes of submitting ROEs.

The window for submissions will close on 30 June 2025.

All employers are urged to timeously submit their ROEs to the Compensation Fund, in order to avoid a 10% penalty fee for late submission.
