South Africa's race laws: Labour Department: “Use APARTHEID laws for racial classification.”

Over the last year of pressing the Department of Employment and Labour for answers, NEASA has finally received a response. According to the Department, employers should use the Apartheid-regime's Population Registration Act of 1950 for Employment Equity racial classification.
